Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
My partner and I enjoyed one night in an Executive Studio. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we appreciated the spacious layout. the room had a few issues, including a damaged chair and inadequate pillows. Make sure to request extra utensils in advance.

We enjoyed our stay here with the kids, especially visiting the London Zoo nearby. The convenient access to the Northern line made trips to places like Leicester Square a breeze. Plus, the staff were always ready to help, making our time comfortable.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel had a larger family room with better amenities for kids.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We visited Madame Tussauds and London Zoo, both close by. The hotel had great accessibility, making trips easy. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was awesome. A cozy place to rest after our adventures!
The room we got was a bit on the smaller side and showed signs of wear and tear. It lacked some basic amenities, like a hairdryer, which was a letdown.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to Archway Metro. That made getting around London easy and convenient. Nearby, there are lovely parks perfect for a stroll. The staff at the front desk were helpful, sorting our taxis quickly when we needed them. Our room, however, was a mixed bag. We booked a duplex apartment which was supposed to accommodate four adults. We were given a studio instead, which felt cramped for our group. The bathroom needed attention. the sink drained very slowly, and I reported this to the front desk, but nothing was done during our stay. We faced issues with the apartment's amenities as well. There were only three sets of towels and cutlery for four of us, and the furnishings felt dated. The double bed had a thin, hard mattress which wasn’t comfortable for sleep. Noise from the overland train line could be heard, making it difficult to relax. On the bright side, the kitchenette had basic utensils, helping us manage some meals. Despite the lovely area and friendly staff, the condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities made our stay less enjoyable.

would definitely come back
Great duplex apartment for a family stay. It had a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, and kettle. Spacious living area and comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping. Clean bathroom with toiletries provided. Felt secure with key card access and smoke alarms. Free luggage storage on checkout day was perfect. I'd stay here again for sure.

The kitchenette provided great convenience for whipping up quick bites, making it feel more like a home base. The bathroom featured clean, modern fixtures that elevates the overall experience.
The air conditioning system left much to be desired, feeling ineffective and leaving the room uncomfortably warm, especially during my stay. The promised amenities fell short—missing a hairdryer in the room was a frustrating oversight. One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of separate living areas, which didn’t offer the privacy and comfort I'd hoped for, especially when sharing space. the room showed signs of wear, making it feel outdated, and I had to deal with minor shortages in kitchen utensils, leaving me scrambling for basics.

Absolutely loved the local food scene! Red Rose Tandoori dished out some cracking curry, and the glowing vibes at The Battenberg Badger were unmatched. Plus, the room was clean and comfy with mini toiletries, which made my stay nice and easy.
Ey, the room was a bit worn, and we were short on cutlery – just 3 sets for 4 peeps! The sink was clogged too, which was a bit of a bummer.

the location was super close to the tube n there were plenty of shops n places to eat nearby. the staff was nice n friendly, making check-in easy. the beds were comfy n i actually slept pretty well. it was cheap for a night in london so i guess u get what u pay for. i didn’t mind spending a night there in such an emergency situation with the trains!
however, the room was kinda cold n the carpet felt old n worn out. also, there were some stains on the walls that didn't look great.
